Refund Policy

If you need a refund, ask us at the earliest and in any case, before an assessment is started. The assessment is started as soon as possible after a complete order is received. Once an assessment is started, no refund will be made. Refunds are subject to deduction of proccessing costs that may accrue.

Delivery Policy

Assessment for each letter and essay is done separately and an assessment report is prepared for each task individually. The assessment report(s) will be delivered during the time mentioned in the package chosen for assessment. Delivery timeline may be disrupted due to reasons beyond the control of the examiner, in which case, the examiner shall not be held liable.
